Kaizen is the Japanese word for continuous improvement: small, steady gains that add up. It is a fair description of how Kai Vincent works. He has held his own ABN since 2020 and has traded as Kaizen Coastal Air Conditioning since 2024, working out of Tugun on the southern Gold Coast.
